Once an order is placed there are no returns of gourmet butter products.
Gourmet Butters LLC does, however, guarantee the delivery of its products and service. If you do not receive a delivery or item(s) or if you received the wrong item(s) as part of a delivery, you may be entitled to a credit or other adjustment. In the case of incorrect items delivered or items of that are otherwise unsatisfactory due to fulfillment of the product, Gourmet Butters LLC reserves the right to request the items to be returned unopened to Gourmet Butters LLC along with the invoice for the delivery in question, and, based on the review of these items, Gourmet Butters LLC reserves the right to determine the appropriate remediation. You must notify Gourmet Butters LLC within 24 hours of receipt of your order if you want to return the item.
