Garlic Chive Cheese Bread

Ingredients
2 loaves French bread
1 cup Garlic Chive Gourmet butter (softened to room temperature)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic minced
Preparation
- Split French bread loaf into halves horizontally. Mix butter, cheeses, and garlic in a bowl, blending well.
- Spread the cut side of bread liberally with this spread.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 7 minutes, and then place under broiler about 3 minutes longer or until bread is lightly browned.
- Cut into slices and serve.
Blueberry Muffins with Orange Ginger Gourmet Butter

cook time: 25 minutes
yield: 12 muffins
Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
½ cup sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup Orange Ginger Gourmet Butter melted
1 large whole egg
¾ cup milk
1 cup fresh blueberries
Preparation
- Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease the bottoms of 12 muffin cups or line with paper baking cups.
- In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt; mix well.
- In a large bowl, whisk the melted butter with the egg for one minute. Add the milk to this mixture.
- Add the flour mixture all at once; stir just until the dry ingredients are moistened. Carefully fold the blueberries into this batter last. Divide batter evenly into muffin cups.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let the muffins cool for five minutes before removing from pan. Serve warm with additional Orange Ginger Gourmet Butter.
